Cancellation Policy:
- 1. Cancellation request can be made via e-mail and must be approved by the secretariat.
- 2. Before 15th January 2025: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded excluding bank charges
- 3. Before 15th March 2025: 25% of the amount paid will be refunded excluding bank charges
- 4. After 16th March, 2025: No Refund
(Note: All confirmed presenters will be required to pay the registration fees before the 15 April, 2025, to avoid cancellation of papers.)
